As you know, we are now at the initial stage of our journey, meaning there’s a lot of fine-tuning ahead. But to get more improvements done in less time we need your help. That's why we're inviting you to join our beta-testing program.

It is instrumental for us to know your suggestions and experiences with the current functionality of CaseResearch.AI as your feedback directly influences our development roadmap, ensuring that we prioritize the enhancements that matter most to you.

Participating in the program is easy. For this, please, follow the guide below.

Step 1

Sign in to your account at app.caseresearch.ai and navigate to the testing section. You’ll find it at the bottom of the page, below the logout icon.

Step 2

To start using the beta-testing mode you need to accept the terms and conditions first. Please, read them carefully before accepting. Worry not, you can deactivate this mode at any time in the same section.

Step 3

After agreeing to the terms and conditions, you will be able to send feedback about any issues you notice directly from within the app to our support team. For this, click on the alert icon that will appear in the interface next to search or summary elements.

Step 4

Once you click on the alert icon, you’ll be directed to the feedback form. There you are free to describe any issue that you have faced while using the app — be it a mistake, inconsistency, or malfunction. Any feedback is invaluable for us as it will help us make our platform the best it can be.

Step 5

You are an integral part of the process that’s why you can track how the submitted issue is handled by our team at all times. Upon sending your feedback, you will receive an email with the request ID and a link to the workspace where you can see its progress, update it, or exchange comments with our support team.
